Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Adlas, including everything we sync from your Meta account. You have three options.

Option A — Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at platform.getadlas.com
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Click "Delete account"
4. Confirm

This removes your account, all encrypted Meta access tokens, and all imported ad data within 24 hours.

Option B — Just disconnect Meta

If you only want to revoke Meta access without deleting your Adlas account:

1. Sign in at platform.getadlas.com
2. Go to Integrations → Meta
3. Click "Disconnect"

The encrypted access token is deleted immediately. Historical metrics imported from Meta remain in your dashboard until you delete the account.

Option C — Email us

Email privacy@getadlas.com from the address registered with your Adlas account, with the subject "Delete my data". We delete all personal data within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What we keep after deletion

• Aggregated, anonymous statistics (no personal identifiers)
• Records we are legally required to keep (e.g., billing for tax purposes)

Everything else is gone permanently.
