Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Adlas ("the Service"), a marketing analytics SaaS ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Adlas reads ad performance data from your connected ad platforms (currently Meta) and displays it in a unified dashboard. The Service is read-only: we do not modify, create, or pause campaigns. Data accuracy reflects what the source platform reports.

3. Subscription and trial

The Service offers a free trial of 14 days. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Pricing and tiers are published at getadlas.com. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial periods unless required by law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its code belong to us. Your data remains yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". Performance data is fetched from third parties (Meta, etc.) and shown unmodified — we are not responsible for inaccuracies in those sources. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your account is closed and data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator resides. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
